Cherie Ferro has been teaching Hatha Yoga in the Lansing area since 1996. She is certified by the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is also a Reiki Master. In joy and gratitude, Cherie offers her exploration and love of yoga to her students at Our Space Yoga, 2896 N. REIKI FOR RELAXATION

Cherie offers Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Research indicates Reiki treatments improve blood pressure and heart rate, strengthen immunity, reduce anxiety and pain, and enhance overall well being. A Reiki session, which lasts about an hour, is an energetic realignment that treats the whole person. Reiki touch is gentle, painless and non-intrusive. The client stays fully clothed on the Reiki table. Cost of session is $61.
